The proposed development comprises up to 300 dwellings, associated works including demolition, infrastructure, open space and landscaping with vehicular access off Upton Lane, Upton St Leonards.

Whilst the application will reserve all matters of detail the Illustrative Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed development.
